The Brotherhood Department shall assist the pastor by promoting “biblical” spiritual and natural teaching while helping to develop growth among all male members of the BCOOLJC. The department shall also provide an outreach to the unsaved and instruct the men in righteousness to maintain a holy and sanctify standard.
